Neda Piri is our Senior podiatrist and Podiatry Beyond founder. Neda graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane and has extensive experience in private podiatry, mobile podiatry, and niche podiatry practices that solely treated fungal nails with cold laser therapy. 

Neda is dedicated to her profession and immerses herself in all aspects of podiatry to guarantee up to date knowledge, clinical skills, and treatment options for her patients. She is also a qualified personal trainer and believes in the significance of moving our bodies optimally to ensure peak performance and injury prevention. 

When Neda is not looking after your lower limbs she has a few other passions. She loves releasing endorphins and prioritising mental and physical health in various ways including: Fitstop, heavy weighted strength sessions, Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu, running, and just about any way other way of moving the body. If she’s not moving her body, she’s most likely reading a fiction novel.

Caitlin Davine also graduated from Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane and has extensive experience in the podiatry and footwear sector. She has come from a background of working in a boutique sports podiatry clinic that stock a wide range of footwear, therefore her knowledge of fitting footwear and the current footwear styles is up to date. She has a particular interest in performance running shoes and is regularly monitoring the latest performance technology.

Caitlin enjoys all aspects of podiatry - from nail & skin care, diabetic foot assessments, to assisting people of all ages overcome their foot and lower limb pain so they can get back doing what they love and improve their quality of life. She particularly enjoys the problem solving aspect of podiatry and the process of determining a diagnosis and working with patients to develop an individualised action plan. 

Outside of work she loves running, strength training, hiking. bouldering and spending the day at the beach with family and friends. 

Neda founded the clinic with her partner Rod Mahlooji, whom by trade is a civil and construction engineer.

He has a passion for innovation and ensuring podiatry services are delivered in an up-to-date way that encourages all members of the community to prioritise their lower limb health. There was a time when chronic achilles tendonitis and heel pain detrimentally affected Rod’s quality of life. He was unaware of the available podiatric treatment possibilities.

It was within the early stages of their relationship that Rod experienced first-hand the way gold standard podiatry can benefit someone's life. This experience was one Rod wanted to share with family, friends, co-workers and the wider community. This birthed the mission and vision for Podiatry Beyond. Together they envision a podiatry clinic that greatly benefits all members of the community. You may see Rod around the clinic from time to time working away on behind the scenes work to keep the clinic running smoothly.
